About the Firm

I run a legal recruitment consultancy that specialises in placing lawyers in UK and international posts.

I have an outstanding track record and a network of contacts across the globe. I have over 20 years’ experience and strong connections in all types of law firms, from major global firms to London boutiques.

I offer an intelligent and straightforward service to candidates and employers alike. I avoid aggressive and unrealistic sales techniques and, as an ex-corporate lawyer, I know the dynamics of a law firm life from the inside.

I offer a professional, personalised service. All recruiters claim this, but if you deal with a big agency, the service you get depends entirely on the person allocated to you. If you work with me, you’ll deal with one person throughout, with a service individually tailored to each firm or candidate.

About me

I’ve worked in legal recruitment since 1997, becoming a director with two leading London-based firms before establishing my own firm in 2006.

I trained and qualified as an English solicitor at Slaughter and May in the mid-1990s. I specialised in corporate and M&A law and worked in the London and New York offices.
